If you are convicted of an alcohol or drug-related driving violation, your license or privilege to drive in New York State will be revoked or suspended. However, you may be eligible for a conditional license or a conditional driving privilege if you participate in New York State鈥檚 Impaired Driver Program (IDP) or an approved out-of-state program.

Registration:

For drivers convicted in New York State or with a New York state driver鈥檚 license, you must register for the program at the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you were convicted in a different state and you do not have a New York license, we can register you directly for the program.

Completion:
A completion certificate is provided when attending 16 hours (7 weeks) of the program. Attendance for the entire program is mandatory, and treatment completion for those who require treatment. If your treatment is extended beyond the 7 weeks of class, you will be required to contact 香港六合彩开奖记录 at the time your treatment concludes.

Treatment:

Some participants may be required to obtain a clinical assessment in order to fulfill DMV requirements. If this applies to you the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) maintains a listing,

Fees:
$233 - Impaired Drive Program.
$50 - For those who have been dropped from the program require a re-entry fee. Visa, Mastercard, check or money order, payable to CCC paid prior to the first night of class. Call the CCWD Department at 518-562-4143 to register.
