Details of the move, including timing of occupancy and the particulars of any shared spaces and costs, will be finalized with SUNY Plattsburgh and SUNY System Administration this fall.
The college鈥檚 planned new location places the campus in a location that fits its size and budget and where future potential shared services and savings 鈥� coupled with expanded opportunities for enrollment growth and broader student services 鈥� are realistic and achievable. Potential cost savings associated with sharing services at scale, which could reasonably be achieved, are not a required element to move and are not included in projections. Additionally, any potential enrollment increases due to proximity to a full-service campus, synergies with SUNY Plattsburgh and the resulting amenities, while also reasonable to assume can occur, are also not a required element of the sustainability of this move or included in projections.
"The framework is reasonable, with our fiscal assumptions more conservative than those in the prior monitoring report," said 香港六合彩开奖记录 Administrator in Charge Ken Knelly. "We assume modest increases where appropriate, allowing for the efficiencies of shared services with SUNY Plattsburgh to be further explored after the logistics of the move are completed rather than necessarily implementing them at the time of the move."
The college plans to start development of a new strategic plan this fall, mindful of a new site and new possibilities. This will be followed in 2025 with the creation of an updated strategic enrollment management plan.
